Introduction
At the antibody modelling group of the Centre for Protein Analysis and
Design, led by Professor Tony Rees ,
we have had a long history of antibody modelling and humanisation research.
Originally located at the University of Oxford, we moved to Bath around ten
years ago, and subsequently to the CPAD at Swindon in late 2000.
We have developed WAM (initially as its predecessor, Oxford Molecular's
AbM), continously since 1989, when our first paper on the algorithm
was published.
Credits
We would like to thank the following past members of the group and others
for their contributions in coding and testing the modules which make up WAM:
- Andrew Martin ( Home page;
Email)
- Jan Pedersen
- Stephen Searle
- Andrew Henry
- David Osguthorpe (for VFF)
( Email)
- Robert Bruccoleri and Martin Karplus (for CONGEN)
